SPOKE is a biomedical knowledge graph containing factual data on various biomedical fields including genetics, molecular biology, physiology, metabolomics, pharmacology and clinical medicine. SPOKE can be used to repurpose medications, predict patient outcomes, and accelerate drug development, among other uses.
