"This hands on workshop will provide an introduction to knowledge graph creation from unstructured (e.g. text documents) and structured data (e.g. CSV tables), retrieval augmented generation with knowledge graphs: aka GraphRAG.
- Into to GraphRAG concepts
- Build a knowledge graph from unstructured and structured data employing an LLM and how ontologies/schemas can improve this
- Use Vector indexes and embeddings to perform similarity search within the graph
- Create vector, vector + Cypher, and text to Cypher retrievers
- Build a conversational agent using Neo4j, Python, and LangChain"
